REFUND POLICY
This Refund Policy applies to purchases of digital Content from Holistic Haven Clinic.
All sales of digital Content are final once access or download begins.
If you reside in the EU or UK, you generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from online purchases. However, for digital content, this right is waived once you (i) expressly consent to immediate delivery and (ii) acknowledge you will lose the right to withdraw once delivery starts. Where applicable, we obtain this consent during checkout.
- Content was not delivered due to a technical issue;
- A duplicate order was placed in error;
- A file is defective or inaccessible and cannot be remedied after you contact us.
Email [email protected] within 7 days of purchase with: order ID, date, the email used at checkout, and a description of the issue. We may request additional details to investigate.
